Lucky BeeBee Charms (Jakks Pacific)
Lucky BeeBee™ charms were a short lived line of plastic charms produced by Jakks Pacific in 2009.
In the main form of packaging there were 'chase' charms. A chase is an item that is included less frequently than others - e.g. the elephant charm was packaged with a donut charm OR pinata charm, with the pinata charm being the 'chase' charm that occured less frequently. A number of charms also had special features - e.g. the green notebook charm is a real notebook, and the nesting doll charm does has 2 increasingly smaller dolls inside.
The charms were packaged in a variety of formats, the most common being:
The chain and plastic shapes are coloured in either metallic pink, metallic purple or silver. Aside from the more general form of packaging the charms were also available singly in 'blind bags', packaged with lucky beebee charm storage or in other multiple packs. Due to the variety of ways the charms were packed, I have chosen to focus on just the charms, dividing them into groups based on theme: animals, girls, food and other.
The charms were based on illustrations by Tiny Inventions. See the orignal illustrations here.
